    hughest4's possible Physique Show workout Log

    I mentioned it in the lounge, but i'm considering doing some sort of physique show in the future. However, i havent really been working out much the past 9-10 months so i have a ton of work to do. I have no idea how long it will take to get my body to the point i need it to be at, so i'm just going to take this one day at a time.

    Will be posting some workouts/nutrition in here daily.

    5 min treadmill jog

    DB Chest press
    -50x12
    -65x10
    -80x8
    -90x5

    Incline DB Press
    -45x12
    -55x10
    -65x8
    -70x6

    Decline Hammerstrength Press
    -2 plates each side x 12
    -3 plates each side x 10 (x2)

    Cable Fly's
    -50x10 (x3)

    Rope Pushdowns ->> Rope Cable Crunches
    -100x10 ->> 100x15 (x3)

    -5 min elliptical
    -------------------------------------------
    430am - 4oz grilled chicken, peas, 8oz skim milk

    9am - chobani Greek yogurt, 1/2 egg and cheese sandwich

    11am - lean body protein shake

    2pm - pure protein bar and banana

    530pm - pure protein bar and banana

    9pm - apple and 2 handfuls of pecans

    1230am - 6oz of grilled chicken, serving of brown rice, serving of peas, 8oz of skim milk

    Just did a BS back workout today. Some pull downs, pull-ups, low back ext.

    9am - oatmeal
    12pm -chicken and peas
    2pm - lean body protein shake
    10pm - steak quesadillas
    12am - chicken tacos, rice, beans

    Military press -> Leg Extension
    -95x10 -> 130x10
    -115x8 -> 130x10
    -125x6 -> 130x10

    Lateral Raises -> Hamstring Curls
    -20x12-> 100x10 (x3)

    Rear Delt raises -> Shoulder Shrugs
    -15x12 -> 60x15 (x3)

    Finished with calves and abs

    Had oatmeal, 2 bananas, seafood and pasta, steak and potatoes, and some almonds for snacks

    Had a decent chest workout on Monday. Crushed a Back/Biceps/Abs workout today, one of my better ones in a while.

    Havent weighed myself since i started lifting and i dont really want to know yet at this point. Have been eating a good amount of food though so im hoping that i'm up a little from the 171lbs that i started at.

    Did shoulders today. Only had 45 minutes but still had a solid lift. Hit some DB shoulder press, superset DB Lateral Raises w/BB front raises, superset DB Reverse Fly's w/Tricep Pushdowns and Hanging Leg Raises.

    Got some protein and creatine yesterday and am trying to eat whatever i can.

    how far out are you from looking to hit a show?

    Sometimes I hate running into people at the gym. Most of them are my old classmates from school, and most of them say hey and move on and that's fine. However, some others find the need to try to talk to me for 20 minutes.

    Worked from 5am til 1am last night, so today is a rest day. Legs tomorrow with a little bit of arms.

    Yeah definitely going to bulk up for a while. I don't have a target date in mind but its not anytime soon.

    I didn't really mind too much. He was visiting us from 4 hrs away so it was good to see him.

    Did work on both my legs and arms today. Feeling good and ready to start another successful week on Monday. Just need to keep eating, that's been my biggest problem.

    Chest workout this morning. Started with 4 sets of Bench Press but my triceps were still pretty sore from Saturdays workout. Hit some DB Fly's, Cable Fly's, and Machine Fly's before finishing up with some cable crunches and 10 min of cardio. Decent workout, nothing special.

    No real set days for anything but i have been going 5 days per week.
    Trying to get back into lifting so i'm keeping it pretty basic. This is like my 4th week back and i have been doing something along the lines of...

    M - Chest/Light Tri/Abs
    T - Back/Traps/Light Bi's
    W - Shoulders/Legs/Abs
