Again, forgot to post on this...Day 9: workout went fine, but I'm probably going to get a pre-workout powder to help as well.

Three days in a row of forgetting to post before I go to bed. Day 10: my legs felt like **** during the day, so I thought my workout was going to be awful, but it actually went really well. Definitely feel like I'm making gains.
Good job man! Keeping pressing play.
YES. WE. DID.
Day 11: recovery workout day, so not a very intense workout at all. I almost felt disappointed afterwards that I didn't really have the opportunity to work hard today.
Day 12: Not the best workout day for me, mostly because my right elbow was hurting a little bit when I was doing push-ups, so that wasn't fun. Hopefully it is just a one day thing, but I did the workout anyways because there wasn't very much stuff requiring upper body strength.
Aches and pains...welcome to my hell.
Day 13: workout went well today, although I've still had some nagging lower back pain that has gone on for the past week or so, and my hip flexor on my left side is a little sore. Tomorrow I'm only doing a 16 minute ab workout, so hopefully I'll be all recovered by Saturday.

Solid program. I wasnt really following the diet plan. But i went from 6'1 185lbs to 165lbs in 2 months. I will probably do it again. Gonna start cutting soon
Day 14: Decided to push the ab workout to Saturday to give my lower back more time to recover. My second fitness test is tomorrow (the first was day 1), so I'm excited to see how much progress I've made. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.
Day 15: did my fitness test today. Definitely made some solid gains all across the board. I think by the time the 63 days are over, I'll be very happy with the progress.
Day 16: today was really the first day so far that I've had to really fight the urge to skip a workout. Tomorrow I might be too busy to do one, so I figured I'd go ahead and do it today. Hopefully my PWO and protein I ordered should get here tomorrow or Tuesday, so I'm looking forward to that.
Starting Day 36 today. Fit test and Max Interval Circuit.
Month 1 and Recovery week done, time for month 2!
Played a total of 60 minutes of full court 5on5 basketball last night on my "day off" on the schedule, with about a 5minute break inbetween the two games. I was impressed that I didn't find myself tired at all, just sweating.
I did wake up today really sore though, but I'm still gonna do the workout
lmao, i was just giving you some feedback on where im at, didn't feel like making another thread
Day 17: as predicted, I wasn't able to work out yesterday. Got back from class at 5:30, ate dinner, then did homework until 1 in the morning. Sucked a lot.
Also, my teacher didn't even collect the second half of the homework, and never will. And that took me like 5 hours. Mother****er.
