    I don't really have a way to measure BF%, and my weight isn't particularly important since I'm gaining a fair bit of muscle as well which is helping to offset some of the weight loss I've had from losing fat.

    Day 3, part 2: I skipped my workout yesterday (Wednesday) because I banged my knee hella hard on Tuesday and it was pretty sore and swollen yesterday. I'm still liking the shorter workouts but I don't get that same feeling of accomplishment that I got when I finished a month two workout, which I'm starting to miss a little (the feeling, not the workouts...the workouts were always brutal).
