    I was not feeling too well at this point. Had to end...which was a good thing because I made it to the car...sat for 2 minutes, and blew chunks all over the parking lot. I really pushed it today in the gym and I probably wasn't ready to give 100% but did anyway, hence being so sick. Feeling very strong. Good things are coming.

    Lift for 20 years and maybe you could. 405*1 is pathetic when the week before you hit 455*1...405*3*2 and had more.
