    Thanks bro!! Yes, I was on my *** for several days. I didn't lose strength thank God but I did lose a bit of endurance/energy. My sig pic is from October, right before my 36th Bday.

    Colds do take a lot of energy out of you, especially when you take medicine all day for a few days.

    Ah October is pretty recent! What were your ab routines like then?

    My ab routine looked like this:

    10 leg raises * 2 warm up

    3 sets of dragon flags
    weighted hanging knee raises usually 3 sets heavy weight
    2-3 sets hanging leg raises
    3 sets of weighted crunches
    oblique work usually weighted side twisting crunches
    wood choppers
    decline crunches/situps

    The last two were not always done.

    They are great, very hard to do. You probably wont get many reps at first, just concentrate on form.

    Wow...was just looking back to see when I started cutting...was last year on the 21st of Feb...and I was about 12-13lbs heavier. So I am not far off...was thinking it was getting too late and starting to panic.

    You guys will love them. Remember Rocky 4, when he is training abs on a wooden plank, legs straight out? That's them. They are very difficult. Headache...need to nap before gym tonight.
