Didn't see any threads on it, but who would you guys like to take with that number 1 and why?

Do they really have the #1 or are you just blowing smoke?
Take Hall!

Hall
I think its gotta be Seguin. Seguin is going to be a better 2-way player and maybe a better overall player than Hall who will be a better scorer. The last 2 years they have taken a LW and a RW who are both expected to be in the NHL next season. Hall could be the guy they take if they want to stick with Horcoff, Gagner, and Cogliano as their centermen but I think they will want a franchise centerman.
Take a look...
Pajaarvi-Svenssen - Seguin - Eberle
Penner - Gagner - Hemsky
or
Hall - Gagner - Eberle
Penner - Horcoff - Hemsky
I think they need the franchise centerman.
I like Seguin for a lot of the reasons that Joe said.

Hall can definitely play center, I'd like us to take him. Hopefully he can lead his team tomorrow night against Kitchener in game 7 (Kit had a 3-0 lead) and then he's in the OHL finals. 14 gp - 14 goals and 13 assists. He's the guy IMO.

Has to be Hall, a winner at every level, exactly what the Oil need...
Hall
didnt hall and eberle play on the same line at the world juniors. throw in gagne as ur center men pretty nice line up.
Looking back a year and a bit knowing what you know now would you still go with Hall?
Detroit Wolverines
Absoloutely! His rookie season was much better than Seguin's, despite the injury. He's played top line minutes, and played fantastic. He was on pace for 70 points.
What makes it better is, if they'd drafted Tyler Seguin, they'd also have Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. Having Hall is better, because you already have Horcoff and Gagner in the middle.
