I figured a package of Bishop, Cole and a 1st or 2nd round draft pick would land us a quality veteran forward. Pretty much anyone we have the rights to or anyone who is in Peoria other than Tarasenko i'm willing to part with to improve the team. We need to add someone. There is no guarantee Steen or Dags will be cleared to play by the playoffs although I hope.

Not sure. I would think it is highly unlikely at this point. Seen too many stories in the media suggesting we will go with what we have moving forward this season.

Andy Strickland tweeted (take it for what you will...) this morning that the Blues are exploring their option, but to add salary, they will have to move salary, meaning we're probably not going to see loads of prospects and draft picks going one way for something substantial coming in. A roster player will need to be involved if Strickland is right.

Disappointed we didn't make a move. But probably for the best. We needed to add to this current team not take away from it to add somebody. We need an owner in place come may or June so we can make a push for someone like Parise.
