You still have to follow the position requirements above. We don't want to be picky about how you mold your team, but it needs to be realistic. If you're going to list someone as a "joker" or whatever, make it known how you are classifying that player under traditional terms. By the way, the joker position TAMU runs is just like using a 3-4 LB in a 4-3 defense. Its more of a DE/OLB position than a LB/DB position, which is what I think you were suggesting. Your point remains though, as South Carolina has a "spur" position that is a hybrid S/LB.
I think "Depth Charts" in a traditional sense are not really relevant in a game where you have only 12 or so players on each side of the ball. I see no problem, though, in listing someone in multiple places as long as you continue to follow the rules about position limits.
