Pro Football Focus ranks the Saints offensive line as the 6th best unit in the league (this is before the Falcons game)

    6. New Orleans Saints

    Pass Blocking = 8th, Run Blocking = 8th and Penalties = 4th

After a slow start to the year the Saints have found their feet running the ball, and Drew Brees gets more than enough time in the pocket. Between mounting losses and Jermon Bushrod playing so poorly at the start of the year it was easy to rag on them, but they’re a fine unit.

Glad to see the boys run-blocking (or actually get a chance to). Masks the problems at OT, but doesn't forgive it. Need a LT in draft, at least. RT, too, if Bushrod can't make the switch.

Drew Bree's pocket awareness takes care of that ranking just likes the elastic on a fat lady's panties.

I agree. That Brees guy is good. I recommend that we retain his service for a few more years.

Saints are third in the NFL in dropped passes. Marques Colston and Darren Sproles both have 4 drops on the year. Jimmy Graham leads the league in dropped passes with 8.

Mike Vick would do a phuckin back flip if he had Saints offensive line he'd be so happy.

Eagles offensive line is AWFUL, but at least its because of injuries. Cardinals have third-string level guys as normal starters

I'd be curious to know our ranking on 3rd down drops. It seems like that is always when they happen. Devery and Graham both had easy catches on 3rd down against ATL that were dropped.

Ok, so I wanted to talk a little about College conference realignment, but I had a thought. What college teams do you guys root for?

My team is LSU, first and foremost, but I root for Auburn when they aren't playing LSU since I did my undergrad on the Plains. After those two there are a bunch of teams that I pay attention to, but I don't necessarily root for.

    1) LSU
    2) Auburn

    in any order:

    Texas
    Florida
    Florida State
    Washington
    North Carolina
    Wisconsin
