Don't forget Demolition. That's my fav. tag team of all time. And you're right. Wrestling will never be what it once was. Twin Towers, Rockers, Strike Force....

Personally, I'm a fan of the Plaza End Zone seats. They're not as expensive as other seats and are pretty damn close to the field. My research shows they're not too much more costly than the terrace seats you might be looking at. The last two games I have attended I have sat there and loved it.

Don't worry about Saints fans hassling you. If you were a Falcons' or Bucs' fan, you might cop some ****, but I doubt anyone will be outwardly disrespectful to a Redskins fan as long as you are civil.

I went to a Panthers/49ers game 2 years ago (in Charlotte). I wore a Saints jersey and even tho my friend was wearing his 49er jersey, I was the one getting yelled at.
There's no greater feeling then to go to an away game and angering the fans.

That really depends on Isaac. He's drifting further and further west. He needs to do one of two things:

1) Accelerate his pace to the west and keep this region out of the dreaded NE quadrant.

2) Go more northern and keep us on the west side of the storm.

I live on the MS Gulf Coast, which is about 70 miles from NOLA, so we almost always take the same kind of direct abuse from a storm. Therefore, I think most of us share these goals.

That said, Isaac is a baby. If he tops out at Cat 1, more damage will be done by people freaking out due to the Katrina psyche than by the storm itself. People were nuts when Gustav came this way in 2008.

LSU has closed down for tomorrow and Wednesday, so my grad student duties are kaput for a bit. My brother and I went out and got a bunch of alchohol, so we'll be having a hurricane party along with my girlfriend.

If anyone is wondering, the Saints left last evening after informing the cut players of their statuses. The Black and Gold will be staying in Cincinnati for the rest of the week before their road game in Nashville against the Titans. The Bengals were nice enough to lend the Saints all of their facilities and Paul Brown Stadium
