Holy ****, i was ****ing dead today and we barely got anything done. The Prowler absolutely crushed my legs and i was so disappointed with my last 2 times, but i crushed the tire flips. My times would have been right around 25 seconds if i hadnt had to do the transition to the other side. Just running tomorrow, maybe a class.

What is this new training you have switched to. Also what is the goal of this training.
I work and work out at a strength and conditioning facility and we do all kind of stuff...trx, kettlebells, bodyweight circuits, sprints, some olympic lifts, strongman days, etc. Goal is to basically be in the best overall shape possible in all aspects(strength, speed, agility, endurance, explosiveness). Different workout everyday, doesnt get boring.
