If Wheeler signs a major league deal we'll have 4 picks in the first/supplemental round again in the 2012 draft. After those picks and our 2011 kids get playing time, I think we have a very good chance of moving up.

I mean I hate how our farm getts ragged on sometimes because it is so stacked.

I mean look at the guys on soxprospects ranked 20-40, a lot of those guys have potential. Like Hazelbaker.... that guy actually could turn into something.

This next draft should definitely focus on pitching

Of our 1st 7 picks, I would like 4 pitchers, and 6 pitchers in the 1st 10 Picks
Jackie Bradley Junior.... that is all

Callis doesn't do MiLB's Top 100, Mayo does. The same guy who listed Lavarnway at the bottom of his top ten catchers, and had Tejeda over Coyle for 2b. I'd be surprised if that list isn't horrible

Who said anything about MLB's Top 100? Those are to be released today but I'm talking about Sickels' top 50 hitting prospect / top 50 pitching prospects lists which were released to those who pre-ordered his book. Those list have yet to be released to the general fan.

Oh, then in that case I'd like to change my guesses to Junichi Tazawa, Lars Anderson, Che-Hsuan Lin and Cody Kukuk.

P.S. - Yes, I know two of those are pitchers.

I thought you meant MiLB.com, which is the same as MLB.com and the list that will be on MLBN

Dustin Richardson has been suspended 50 games for testing positive for five different PEDs. The Hall of Fame has already asked for his liver

Used to be in the Red Sox system

Wasn't one of them supposed to be a pitcher?

Those were MLB's top 100, the list we have a pitcher in is Sickels' top 100 from Minor League Ball.

Brentz was a nice surprise in 2011. Now let's see if he develops some patient.

Coyle had 48xbh last year and 20sb also draw 60bb.

I'm liking this guy more by the day and he show why he got 1.3M signing bonus.
