It seems like some scouts arent as high on meadows as others. Honestly i like Wilson and Frazier more than him myself.
Stanek, unless he plays poorly next year, looks like a top 5 lock.

Mellen's Brentz prediction:
I'll buy that. Bryce Brentz is likely a .260-.265 guy, with about 18-22 home runs in his peak. He may be able to pop a .280 20-25 home run peak season, but I don't see that sustained for a stretch of multiple seasons.
I see Brentz as a streaky hitter at the major league level that is going to be able to pitched to, but pitchers will have to be careful with as well. He'll have to continue to make adjustments to hold down a starting job, but can be an average-to-slightly above-average player in his peak.

20HR corner OF that's cheap, where Brentz is your Cody Ross hopefully with better defense and throwing arm.
I wouldn't trade him. We've been burned with recent trades.

I have not heard a positive thing about his defense. I forget which one said it, but one of the prospect gurus said his defense was surprisingly bad, worse than in college.
As for Ross, I can see that. Not exactly a raving review though. Ross is just an above average offensive player. Obviously don't be stupid and trade him for a reliever.
