Workman been the most consistent starter in the Red Sox system this year.

    Nice to see Barnes rebound.

Before the draft, i wanted the Sox to draft Joey Gallo. They passed on him, and look at these numbers...

    .293/.435/.733/1.168 18 HRs, .440 ISO, and 19% BB rate in 43 games.

Marrero and Brian Johnson will never even get to wash the jockstrap of a guy with those numbers.

If JBJr wrestled Chuck Norris would there be a winner or would time stand still?

Hey, if it helps him to become a more disciplined hitter go ahead and keep him there for now. Its obvious that he can hit though. If he isnt traded i bet he comes up next june or july.
Unlikely to get moved given the ratio of RHB and LHB among the OF prospects. For all those still excited about Jacobs, he's down to .716 OPS with only 11HR (422PA) and defense is still questionable. Brentz is the RHB OF with power that they'll need over time.

Very important to note that Jacobs has slumped incredibly ever since reports of a hammond bone injury were reported. He was around .780 before this rapid decline. Next year will be the telling year for him IMO.

IDK about Marrero (he's really struggling in Lowell), but Brian Johnson is supposed to be a beast.

Portland is facing Gerrit Cole. Bogaerts has their only hit so far.

Jackie Bradley Jr. can no longer be considered a top-prospect.

His line in his last 10 games: .150/.271/.150

It's the end of his season, end of his career, and end of his life. It's over.

Brian Johnson just hit in the face by a liner. Carted off field and taken to hospital.
