Any bullpen that has Mariano Rivera and David Robertson is among the best in the league.
Yankees, easily.
And last year he was 41, and still the best. (or at least close)
Go Knicks!

Comparing bullpens is pretty stupid, although on paper the Yankees is better. But from year to year there seems to be a lot of fluctuation. Wasn't the Yankees bullpen pretty bad just in 2010 and Tue red sox pretty good?
Robertson will still be good, but I'd bet he will regress. His LOB% was very high, nearly 90% and his HR rate was insanely low, about 60 points lower then his last two seasons. I'd bet his ERA is closer to 3 then 2 this year and definitely wont sniff his 1.08 from last year.
He had a better 2011 season sure, but Bard is still better.
2011 was the first year that Robertson was better than Bard, I want to see Robertson repeat his 2011 stats again before I call Robertson better.
Back on topic, the Yankees bullpen is leaps and bounds better than the Red Sox pen this year. With Bard going to the rotation and Bailey being out, it isn't even close now. Mo is the best closer in baseball still and Robertson is an elite set up man now.
Should Bard move back to the pen and Bailey pitches like his former self, it will be a lot closer. But for now it isn't even debatable.
Bard had 8 or 9 losses last year. He isnt better than robertson. But yea thesox r a mess bullpen wise. Melancon sucks ive been saying it since he was a yankee. Aceves is very good but closing is not the same as anyother inning if i was bobby v i put pallida as the 4th starter and put bard in the pen asap
Its not Bobby Valintins decision. Its the front office of the redsox that think Bard could be a front of the line starter although he had a rough september from being overworked out of the bullpen last year. The GM and Redsox owners can't even agree on what manager as Boston GM didn't want Valintin and wanted to hire the Cubs manager they hired instead. Valintin wanted a different starting shortstop but office wanted him in minors to develope his offense better.
By far the Yankees.
Yea i cant believe i argued with people who said they were close.
Lol! Red sox bull pen!
