    Hall of Fame

Who should make the Hall of Fame first: Mike Piazza or Barry Larkin?

Both should make it first ballot. I don't get the we will vote you in next year. You are HOFer or you're not.

If only one gets in though Piazza is a top 3 - 5 all time catcher IMO.
The real 99% are idiots and sheep when you post give me a reason to believe you are part of the 1%.

How exactly is Larkin going to make it in first ballot?

I don't think Larkin should be a first ballot.

Should would indicate a future possibility. Should of means in the past. Since Larkin didn't make it first ballot you should of said should of...or being a Philly fan at least said 'Brother shouldda"

If Larkin is in, why should Alan Trammel not? Similar players at same positions. Both with some post season success.

    To answer the question......Piazza.

    Barry Larkin
    Favourite Teams:

    Boston Red Sox: 22-16
Indianapolis Colts: Decent draft, no new wide reciever though.
Detroit Pistons: Looking forward to the draft and whoever the new coach will be
Ottawa Senators: Onto Round 2 vs. Pittsburgh, Game 1 tomorrow night

    Beautiful:

    Agreed,

I don't know how after 15th years on the ballot Jim Rice finally became worthy of being a HOFer. That clown should of never gotten in. If it wasn't for the ESPN/Boston propaganda he wound't of either.

I don't think of Rice as a clown - that little trip into the LF stands to get his hat back in NY should remove him from clownhood forever.

OTOH, he has no business in the HOF says the active in PSD BRS fan that saw him play the most. Dwight Evans was a better player for instance, and he's not in.

Trammell is my choice for the current living most unfairly missing from the HOF player. He's clearly better then a several dozen guys already in.
