I see a lot of views, but only a few of us actually post to the forum. If there are people that are just reading, I encourage you to post so we can have more opinions and conversation. I'll put this thread out there as sort of a 'conversation starter'. I don't know whether it will work or not but I will give it a shot.
Who is your favorite Kings player of all time and why?
Mine is Luc Robitaille. He didn't have the skating ability you would want, but he figured out how to be great without it and he always seemed to enjoy playing the game. It was also fun to yell "LUUUUUUUUUUUC!!!" every time he touched the puck.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Robitaille at a 'Skate With the Kings' promotion when I was about 11 or 12 and got his autograph and a picture with him. My dad was having trouble working the camera, so Luc turned to me and with he French Canadian accent joked, "Look at your dad, what is he thinking?" My dad and I laughed about that one for a while.
