And who would you guys choose ?
I would have to choose MKG. You know what your getting. A possible star and someone who will be your starting SF. thus making Green, Garcia, and Outlaw expendable.

Yeah... If Drummond is there... I think we get some interesting trade offers. Think of a team like Portland. They are set to have two high draft picks and could really use a center to build around. They might be willing to trade both picks to move up. That would still give us two lottery picks and fill two needs instead of one. Or maybe we'd finally be able to pry Baum away from them, and get a pick...
IMO MKG, Barnes, and Robinson would all be better choices. I don't think Drummond will be as big a bust as Thabeet lol, i just dont see him living up to his full potential. I think we can do better with a top 5 pick
Boogie/Davis![]()
For now, this is my draft wish list:
1) Davis
2) Kidd-Gilchrist
3) Drummond
4) Beal
5) Barnes
6) Robinson
7) Perry Jones
Please let the lottery shine on us this one time, because a Boogie/Davis frontcourt would be absolutely filthy.
I think that would be my order as well...
Slide Perry Jones up one, drop Robinson and put Jeremy Lamb at #7 though.
I might lean Drummond over MKG, but that's an incredibly difficult decision to make.

Yeah. That is an extremely difficult decision.
Drummond gives us a defensive presence immediately (even though I see him struggling with fouls), but we have a guy in Whiteside who is only defense. While Drummond would be a project, Whiteside would be more NBA ready for the paint, but to be fair, he is still a project.
MKG is just amazing and I see him as an immediate impact player once drafted.
I am surprised everyone is down on Sullinger, I still think he will be a excellent pick. I would not take him 1st, but I think he is better than Perry Jones, Drummond, and Barnes and comparable in quality to Robinson.
Quite frankly, he's just not as good.
With whiteside ready to produce this year, the addition of a defensive big man ( Davis, Drummond, or Henson) would make our bench unit extremely effective defensively. Assuming none of the bigs are ready to start right away, we could have two defensive monsters on our second unit.
I know we need a SF or someone to play next to Cousins... but Bradley Beal is a big upgrade over Thornton both offensively and defensively.
I know I know, we don't necessarily need a 2. But if we don't get Davis, MKG, or Drummond then he's a no brainer IMHO
Even though we just gave MT a huge contract? would we really draft a 2 to supplant him?

I have Beal as my 4th option.
Behind Davis, Drummond, and MKG.
He's going to be good.
