A win is a win.

At least the Offense had some spark ... though admittadly it was Vinny who has looked great this season so far anyway.

It would be nice to see the roll players step up

Vinny has been terrific. Tampa really needed that victory last night. Let's hope Vinny is over those injuries that have been nagging him for years, and can be a good 1-2 punch with that top line. Stamkos has looked improve with the puck, and vision. Marty's been average at best. He's usually a slow starter.

Marc-Andre Bergeron has been off the chains offensively.

Vinny does look great so far this season.

Stammer can handle the puck, which is huge, it shows he has really been working at it in the offseason.

Marty, you are right is a perennial slow starter, but after December he really comes on.

I am looking forward to seeing Purcell start earning that new paycheck ... I really thought he would come on this year.

And Connolly looks great for a rookie.

Who do you guys feel is better, St. Louis or Stamkos? I think Marty, but a lot of the NHL forum things the other way.

I think St Louis is by far the better player.

He has much better puck handling, much better passing, and infinately better leadership skills.

It is not that I don't think Stammer has it all, it is that I think he has years to go before he has the complete package that St Louis has.

I was so thrilled I got to go to the Sabres / Bolts game on the company tab. I of course was the only guy in the box chearing for the Bolts but it made the whole thing more fun.
