I know I'm a Cards fan, but I would take Wainwright. They are basically equal quality pitchers, but

Johnson's injury issues are more likely to linger than Wainwright's.

Since CJ Wilson is older than Wainwright and Johnson, and only had two years of success, and since Johnson can't prove he can be healthy for an entire season, I still take Wainwright.
