Give me JJ if both are healthy, but I'd take Wainwright going forward because he seems more likely to be able to stay healthy.

I know I'm a Cards fan, but I would take Wainwright. They are basically equal quality pitchers, but
Johnson's injury issues are more likely to linger than Wainwright's.
Shoulder issues vs TJS. One repeats, the other does not.
09-10
Wainwright - 463.1IP, 39-19, 8.26 K/9, 2.37 BB/9, 2.53 ERA, 2.99 FIP, 3.17 xFIP
Johnson - 392.2IP, 26-11, 8.64 K/9, 2.43 BB/9, 2.80 ERA, 2.76 FIP, 3.20xFIP
Wainwright is more of a horse, so between the two, you take the guy that pitched an additional 70 innings at those positive rates.
wainwright no doubt johnson is made of glass.
I have a question.
For 2012, CJ Wilson or Josh Johnson?
They both are awesome, but I would take a healthy Johnson.
