Tulo vs Hanley - 2014 season

Who would you rather have playing shortstop for you this season?

Hanley and Tulo were a great debate for years, then Hanley fell off, and then Tulo had injury issues.

Last year Hanley was great when he played, and Tulo is always great when he plays.

Who would you rather be able to schedule in your lineup at shortstop for 2014?

And who will have a better 2014?

And we can revisit after the season ends too.

Close but give me Tulo on this 1.
With the deepest of regrets I am announcing that I will be leaving Pro Sports Daily. No reason in particular but wanted to thank everyone for a great 6 years here. Lots of great discussion and good poll series as well. Also fun re-drafts. Best of luck to you all in the future.

This should probably be a poll...

    Tulo. Not particularly close.

Tulo will have a better season when it comes to Sabre stats, but he will wish he was on the Dodgers. So he can... ya know... win. Hanley will probably get more RBIs... just out of sheer opportunity.

Tulo will until he hits DL. At this point in his career, it is almost expected.

Tulo for me even with the injury issues, Hanley has been on the decline offensively with the exception of his great 1/2 season last year.

    No.

Tulo just grounded out to Hanley.

So, I was wrong. Hanley is better.

Are you talking about that great outfielder Kevin Bass? I thought he retired

    are you referring to Weaver?

    Because that's a joke, right?

You call Trout over-rated.....You obviously ignored the longer posts above......but do you realize that Mike Trout is the youngest player to ever turn in a 30/30 season?

Guess how many times a player has even hit .300 and had a 30/30 season?

Trout was the 26th time it's ever happened, and the youngest player to ever do it by 2 years.

But hey, he's over-rated because TheQueensKid has a better arm than Trout does...

Seriously, why is he over-rated? Give us some evidence of why
