    Are they a HOFer?

Assuming they play out the rest of their career, staying on course with their production to date, are the following HOFers?

(I tried to stay away from the obvious and identify some that may be arguable, and tried to focus on those who "played" 6 years or so)
(I am not saying they are/not by listing them)

    - Wes Welker
    - Donovan McNabb
    - Frank Gore
    - Chad OchoCinco
    - Reggie Wayne
    - Eli Manning
    - London Fletcher
    - Jay Cutler
    - Matt Schaub
    - Brian Urlacher
    - Antione Winfield
    - Adrian Wilson
    - Darren Sharper

Urlacher is the only one from the list that should be in.

I actually think Ochocinco could be in the HOF if the pats get a superbowl and he gets aronund 2,000 receiving yards within the next three years. His 6 year stretch was ridiculous

    - Wes Welker - no shot, good player but not elite
    - Donovan McNabb - borderline, I'd vote for him but he probably does not make hit, for those questioning how good he is look at his career stats and the way he carried horrific receivers most of his career, with no help he did more than most ever could
    - Frank Gore - not even close
    - Chad OchoCinco - I don't like the guy and wouldn't vote for him but I'd be ok if he got in
    - Reggie Wayne - no, Harrison was a HOF WR and Wayne is nice but not that level
    - Eli Manning - no shot, he's a good QB but not where near HOF worthy
    - London Fletcher - I wouldn't vote for him but if he went in I'd be indifferent
    - Jay Cutler - no, he has the ability to become that level but he needs to do what he did in Denver for the next 7 years or so to be in consideration
    - Matt Schaub - no, his stats will be impressive and he is a top 10 QB but he's not quite at the level
    - Brian Urlacher - yes
    - Antione Winfield - no, not that close
    - Adrian Wilson - he is a hair better the Winfield but not HOF worthy
    - Darren Sharper - yes

Just a random picking of guys who are fairly young but not new, and not guarantees - with that being said Cutler is the only one I think is not deserved of even being considered. In other words, the other guys I added I think all could have an argument...not saying they deserve, but have an argument.

    - Wes Welker / No
    - Donovan McNabb / Yes, but late ballot
    - Frank Gore / No
    - Chad OchoCinco / Maybe, very late ballot
    - Reggie Wayne / Yes, unfortunately a late ballot
    - Eli Manning / No
    - London Fletcher / Absolutely, should be first or second ballot
    - Jay Cutler / No
    - Matt Schaub / No
    - Brian Urlacher / Yes
    - Antione Winfield / No
    - Adrian Wilson / No
    - Darren Sharper / He should make it but the HoF hates safeties, there are a number of safeties who have been robbed of making the HoF (can't think of their names) so Sharper likely won't make it for a very long time

Darren Sharper The hardest hitting safety in the League
dude is going to get in, on this line alone

    McNabb getting in 50-50
    Wayne getting in 50-50
Urlacher I think is a lock almost
    Fletcher is 50-50

I stand by my picks but I just realized we can't assume anyone because Chris Carter hasn't made it the past few years and he should have been a lock first ballot.

    Urlacher is a lock
Wayne will get in, not first ballot
McNabb deserves to be first ballot, but wont. He'll get in eventually.
