Everyone make your all-pro division team!

As a fan of the 49ers, I'll make the All pro NFC West team. Try to keep it basic on offense with every position represented (TE and FB have to be included) like I have, but on defense, you can run a 3-4 or 4-3 whatever gets the best players on the field.

    Offense:

    QB: Alex Smith
    RB: Marshawn Lynch
    FB: Bruce Miller
    WR: Larry Fritzgerald
    WR: Doug Baldwin
    TE: Vernon Davis
    LT: Russell Okung
    LG: Mike Iupati
    C: Jonathan Goodwin
    RG: Harvey Dahl
    RT: Anthony Davis

    (3-4)
    Defense
    DE: Justin Smith
    DT: Darnell Dockett
    DE: Chris Long
OLB: Aldon Smith (Clemons is REALLY close)
    MLB: Patrick Willis
    MLB: Navarro Bowman
    OLB: Leroy Hill
    CB: Carlos Rogers
    CB: Brandon Browner
    SS: Adrian Wilson
    FS: Earl Thomas

    Special Teams

    Punter: Andy Lee
    Kicker: David Akers
    PR: Patrick Peterson
    KR: Tedd Ginn

Seems like the NFC West has a REALLY physical defense and special teams, but the offense is kind of weak at the QB and WR positions compared to other divisions.

    Criticize away !

I'll give a go at the AFC West then:

    Offense
QB - Philip Rivers, Tim Tebow in the 4th quarter.
    RB - Darren McFadden/Willis McGahee
    FB - Spencer Larsen
    WR - Vincent Jackson
    WR - Demaryius Thomas
    TE - Antonio Gates
    LT - Ryan Clady
    LG - Kris Dielman
    C - Nick Hardwick
    RG - Chris Kuper
    RT - Orlando Franklin

    Defense (4-3)
    DE - Elvis Dumervil
    DT - Brodrick Bunkley
    DT - Richard Seymour
    DE - Lamar Houston
    OLB - Von Miller
    OLB - Shaun Phillips
    MLB - Derrick Johnson
    CB - Champ Bailey
    CB - Brandon Flowers
    FS - Eric Weddle
    SS - Brian Dawkins

    Special Teams:
    K - Matt Prater
    P - Britton Colquitt
    PR - Eddie Royal
    KR - Jacoby Ford

Offensively, it'd be a lot like the Charger offense. A lot of big, tall, fast receivers in a vertical attack.

Defensively the goal would be pass rush. The entire front seven can get after the QB, as well as Dawkins coming on safety blitzes.

I can agree with your offense, except I'd probably take AP over Forte. And I think the NFC North would have the worst offensive line of any league by far.

I also think a 3-4 defense could get interesting like perhaps:

    DE: Suh, Allen
    NT: Raji
    OLB: Peppers, Matthews
    ILB: Urlacher, Greenway
    CB: Woodson, Williams
    S: Delmas, Collins

I think that would be an interesting defense, except it doesn't quite use Allen's abilities to the max, but it might help Peppers get more sacks.

I think an argument can be made that outside of Allen, the 3-4 actually may use their strengths better. Raji got moved off the NT position this year, and is playing more of an end role that Cullen Jenkins previously played for GB, and he's having a worse year than last year. I think Suh would be a terrific 3-4 end. He is a good pass rusher, but isn't great against the run up the middle. He may be better suited to play 3-4 end. When Peppers was a FA, I remember him saying that he wanted to play 3-4 OLB, but Chicago was the best offer. I would be interested to see him play that position, plus this way, you also get Clay Matthews on the field.

Like I said, Allen may not fit overly well, but put him and Peppers on the same side, and you'll be fine against the run, especially with Urlacher roaming the middle.

    Jonathan Stewart > DeAngelo Williams

    and

    Lofton over Beason is worthy.

Also, I don't know the Falcons as well as you, but I would probably take Mughelli over Lorig at FB.
