If he gets the AVG and OBP like Freese in the majors...then he'll definitely post .900+OPS in the majors. He's got too much power for him not to.

We got to see this guy up in the big leagues..

Geeze, Gattis is an exciting prospect... and fell into our lap. Still just 25 too so he's not another Lahair who's 29.

Gattis is really showing some ability. It will be interesting to see what kind of look he does/doesn't get in Sept and next spring. I would think he would at least be a 4th OF candidate as long as ATL has Heyward and 1 other person to play CF.

    #Braves prospect Julio Teheran (6-7) gave up 8 H, 6 R (5 ER), 1 BB w/ 3 K in 4 IP of loss tonight in Triple-A, ERA climbs to 5.35.
I'm officially worried about him now.

I'm still not. Like I said before, rather have this now at AAA than up in the big leagues. He'll figure it out. Just a bad season, apparently.

    +1!....

Isn't he supposedly working on a certain pitch so they are featuring it a lot? If that is the case I'm really not worried about the numbers. Hey if a hitter knows what's coming, he should be able to hit it at AAA.

Not really concerned about Julio. The only thing that has me slightly worried is the spike in home runs allowed.
Please come join me on the Hawks forums.
