Let's say it is the Summer of 2003 and Cleveland has the #1 pick like they did, would both teams agree on a trade with a a 24 year old Tmac part of the equation for a 18 year old Lebron? Who accepts, who declines?
Both teams would agree on Trade
Cleveland would Agree on Trade, while Orlando would decline it
Cleveland Declines Trade, while Orlando would Accept it
Both Teams would Decline Trade

LeBron was the most hyped up player of all-time, 18, and from Ohio. I don't see this trade going down.
The Cavs wouldn't do it, the Magic were trying to get rid of TMac and plus, Lebron was one of the most hyped-up players of draft history... No chance it goes down knowing the circumstances.
I think Magic would do it and Cavs would pass.
Detroit Wolverines
Option 3. Orlando does it in a heartbeat but Cleveland declines.
Favourite Teams:
Boston Red Sox: 27-17
Indianapolis Colts: Decent draft, no new wide reciever though.
Detroit Pistons: Looking forward to the draft and whoever the new coach will be
Ottawa Senators: Down 2 to 1 to Pittsburgh, Game 4 on Wednesday Night, Game 5 on Friday Night and Game 6 on Sunday Night (If necessary)
Beautiful:
Lebron in the series against the Celtics in 2010
6 Games
26.83 PPG / 9.3 RPG / 7.2 APG / 2.2 SPG / 1.3 BPG / 4.5 TPG / 44.7% FG / 26.9% 3 PT FG / 74.2% FT
Tmac vs Jazz in 2008
6 games
27.00 PPG / 8.2 RPG / 6.8 APG / 1.5 SPG / 0.8 BPG / 3.0 TPG / 42.5% FG / 20.8% 3 PT FG / 62.3% FT

If it happened D12 would not be in Orlando
I can certainly see why Cleveland would maybe say no, since they weren't anywhere near contenders, but it was like Mcgrady was 28 or so.

The most hyped player in NBA history, a hometown hero? No chance they trade him.
