Jenner or Saad would be nice here, let's see what Bowman goes with...

Am loving the rumor that Campbell is going to Florida for Olesz plus. Soup is great and I appreciate what he did for the team, but clearing that cap hit is huge.

Yep sounds like we'll save at least $3.5 mil in salary and also btw, Danault is a solid grab at 26. Was hoping for Jenner or Saad, but Bowman went with a winger, nice pick overall and great draft for the Hawks thus far. Keep it up!

Love the McNeil pick! NHL type player and body already, he plans on making the team next year too. should be interesting camp for him. Denault I was a little surprised with Jenner, Jurco, Phillips still on the board. But, after hearing what everyone on TSN & VS said I'm learning to like the pick. Engine never stops, can be a force with the puck, a pest playing against, a good 2 way player. Should be with the club in about 2-3 yrs. can be a good bottom 6 player possibly. I'd love if we could pick up Jurco with the first pick in the 2nd rd IF he lasts that long...

looks like we got our under age replacement of Soupy with the Clendening. And I'm surprised that Saad fell as low as he did to us. Almost a point per game player in the CHL and a good 2 way player from the scouting report.

Seems like Stan Bo and the gang are picking up players that can score, play defense, and just a overall player in all aspects of the game. I'm liking what I'm seeing, can't wait for the 3rd rd. I expect them to be U-18 players who can go to college, stay in Europe, or can grow in the system.

Not a fan of this pick Boom, how about you? Was hoping for Jenner with the pick once I saw Jurco go before us. Clendening probably would've fell to the 3rd round imo.

I do know that a lot of people were hoping for Jenner. I'm indifferent, as anyone at this point is pretty much a long term project.

Having 6 draft picks in the first 90 is great for this team.
