I've been living off bacon, sausage and eggs...with a piece of steak, chicken, or pork chop here and there. I swear if it wasn't for the servings of spinach/asparagus I eat with every meal I would turn into a caveman!

canned chicken with marinars, 1/8 cup of shredded Italian, and 1 slice of american.
7oz pork chop with a little marinara all fat trimmed. Macros will be perfect by the end of the day. Nice low cal day, around 1500 with 250g of protein or so.

Got home late, nothing cooked, so threw some Chicken Egg Rolls in the Oven.
4 bowls of kashi go lean crunch and 1/4 gallon of milk.
