Article about Iverson... But it's not the article that I want you to read - it is the hilariously stupid posts by some of the people underneath it.

By the way, I am only posting this because we were discussing how Iverson is a similar player to Sprewell a while back.

Iverson is one of the most overrated superstars in history.

If we had a first round pick next year, do you think kahn would have traded this years pick already?

I think Kahn has been targeting next season as the year to make strides due to the fact that we will not have our own pick. There is now nothing to lose in winning, and a lot to lose in losing.
In the past, specifically Kahn's first season, many of us were debating if it was more beneficial for the team to win or lose down the stretch, losing would give us a better chance at a high pick. This argument is no longer pertinent for this year.

We still do have a shot at a pick next year though with Utah, but I have a feeling we will never see that pick.

What are the specifics of that pick? Also I think I remember hearing it is protected for a few years and never becomes unprotected, so does that mean if the Wolves don't get the pick before those few years are up it goes back to Utah?

T'Wolves receive the Jazz's 2011 first-round pick (top 16 protected in 2011, top 14 protected in 2012, top 16 protected in 2013, in 2014 the T'Wolves have the option to swap with the Jazz, top 9 protected, if the pick is not conveyed to the T'Wolves by 2013 and also does not swap 2014 first-round picks with the Jazz, then the T'Wolves will instead receive the Jazz?s own 2014 second-round pick)

Wow, that second-round pick in 2014 is looking like a distinct possibility.

Will David Kahn pull up a trade big trade to really help the T-Wolves to save his job? I want the T-Wolves to win also as they rebuild. Should the T-Wolves trade the 2nd pick for a player like Iggy or Granger and rebuild around Kevin Love, Wesley Johnson, and Ricky Rubio? It makes sense to add someone who is good enough to be a all star or been to one all star to play along with Kevin Love. Michael Beasley is a good player but hes not going to help Kevin Love and the T-Wolves win much.

Do you really believe Beasley isn't good enough to be an all-star, and how do you know he won't help the Wolves win in the future?

I never said anything about Beasley being a all star, but yes hes good enough to make the all star maybe 2 or 3 times only. Well Beasley didn't help us much last season to win games did he? The guy is a exciting player to watch but hes more suitable on a team that has good defense. If the T-Wolves have good defense then I don't mine him shooting more then 20 shots a game.

Beasley's only 22, who knows how good he will be with a little development, maturity, and a good PG. You're logic is flawed, just because some guy is on a team that goes to the playoffs doesn't mean he can come in and "help" a team win more than one of the better current players on that team.

So your saying if a player like Kobe Bryant who has gone to the playoffs can't come in and help the T-Wolves? Every team purpose is going to the playoffs and winning a championship. Yes we probably will only win like 35 games or so if we trade for Iggy or Granger but look on the bright side its more wins then the last 2 years combine for the T-Wolves. We may win only 35 games with this kind of a trade but as the year goes by Kevin Love, Wesley Johnson, and Ricky Rubio develop on the way and can develop into something special which can also add some wins. We can also add some good free agents too to help the team. Even though the T-Wolves are only winning 35 games next year, good free agent players will probably want to come and play here with Kevin Love.

Corey Brewer worst to first in half a season.
