    Guess Who's Back

    I'm back!

    Planning on updating my nutrition, weight, workouts, etc everything starting tomorrow.

    Hopefully you all with welcome me back with open arms.

    Weight was 121.6 this morning, I've been struggling with binge eating and was 112.6 last week.

    I feel very bloated and pretty much like ****..

    I want to go down to at least 112.8 and then bulk up 0.5 pounds a week.

    BTW - I got a gym membership back in December, so I do real workouts.

    And you probably don't need to worry about cutting to 112 before you bulk. Just start eating and lifting.

    I'd feel better mentally though. Right now I feel like total crap. I felt great at 112 and would love to start "fresh".

    Does anyone have any suggestions on a workout routine for me?

    I've basically been doing full body workouts at the gym.

    Haven't gone to the gym since Friday night, so that's one of the reasons why I went from 112.6 -> 121.2

    I'm planning on having some protein bars and meat only today.. Need to go down.

    GOAL: 9.2 pounds by Sunday

    Welcome back MJ, it's no secret that we all know you jumped ship to the bb.com forums. It's cool though, you reserve the right to post where you like. Just hope you understand that we have dedicated posters here who would not leave our forum for dead!
