    Battle: Los Angeles

Just watched this on my computer last night...movie was pretty bad ***. A couple cheesy, unrealistic scenes, but that's expected with alien invasion movies..but in terms of action is a solid "A."

Overall it was action packed from beginning to end..

Doesn't even sound interesting. Seems like something Sci Fy channel would come up with.

I have only heard absolutely terrible things about it. Does not look remotely appealing.

The dialouge was REAL bad but I enjoyed it. I like Aaron Eckhart and love that Michelle Rodriguez didn't die, see what happens when she doesn't die? SHE SAVES THE WORLD.

Spoiler in white just in case.

Really an entertaining movie. If you're heading into the movie expecting it to be an Oscar performance you're obviously kidding yourself. However, it was a great way to blow a couple of hours and enjoy life.

Not every movie has to be an Oscar performance...just something that's entertaining enough to make you forget about real life for a few hours works.

    Edit: It's Battle: Los Angeles

While I agree that this is the type of movie where acting or writing is something that should not be high on the list of what you expect, it was so bad and cheesy that the action scenes did not make up for it.

I wasn't expecting Oscar level acting but my god the dialouge/acting was so awful. I was literally dying laughing during the scene that was supposed to be touching and sad in the hangar.

How big of a role did Ne-Yo have and how did he do acting?

The only reason I would watch this would be to see some familiar places in los angeles get blown up or something

if it had nothing to do with LA I wouldn't even consider it lol

Definitely could have been better, but definitely worth a watch if you like survival action movies.
