Sammy Hagar: I was abducted by Aliens!!!

Sammy Hagar, a former lead singer for band Van Halen, might get along with “Rock star from Mars” train-wreck Charlie Sheen because the guitarist claims to have had out-of-this-world experiences.

During an interview about his new book “Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock”, Hagar said he’d been abducted by aliens, who he claims messed with his brain, reports Reuters.

While chatting with a reporter, Hagar mentioned a passage in his book that describes a dream he’d had about being contacted by extra-terrestrials. Hagar says the dream actually happened.

“It was real,” Hagar told the reporter. “They were plugged into me. It was a download situation … Or, they uploaded something from my brain, like an experiment.”

Hagar added that he thinks he saw an alien space ship in broad daylight when he was four years old.

The solo artist sang for both Van Halen and Montrose, which was wildly popular during the “sex, drugs, and rock n’ roll” period of the 1970s and 1980s. Hagar didn’t make headlines for substance abuse, unlike fellow bandmate Eddie Van Halen.

In a March 19 article for the New York Post, Hagar wrote about the uncomfortable reunion he’d had with Van Halen, who reportedly had alcohol abuse problems. Van Halen and Hagar hadn’t seen each other in ten years, and Van Halen appeared disheveled, partially toothless, and ill.

“This was Eddie Van Halen, one of the sweetest guys I ever met. He had turned into the weirdest f–k I’d ever seen, crude, rude and unkempt,” Hagar wrote.

You do realize not everything belongs in GD right? We have a music forum, and that's where it belongs.

I've reminded him many times that things such as GLEN BECK need to be in the pOlitical forum.

I'm waiting for GoldenState warrior news to be put in the GD forum
