Carreno, Jimenez, Murphy, Sweeney, Knecht and Hutchison. All of them. It's almost unthinkable that 5 of those guys aren't in a team's top 20 prospects list. The depth AA has acquired is amazing.

I think I'm voting for Hutchison. I've read that his fastball sits around 90 mph, which isn't special, but he's got a changeup that'll be plus soon, and his control will be plus as well. Sounds like another Shaun Marcum, although he posted a GB rate in the high 50's in his first 70 professional innings.

PS. Big ups to StealingSigns for putting all of these together. Well done, sir.

I took Griffin Murphy. Just feels wrong to leave him off the list, but I could say the same about a half dozen other guys up there .

There are a lot of posters here in the Jays forum who do know who these guys are. They have done their homework, and aren't throwing darts.

Minor league numbers are only one part of the equation: scouting reports are just as valuable, and in some cases, have more weight when attempting to determine the value of a prospect.

Honestly I think david cooper is still deserving of a top 20 status.. 2010 was a good rebound from a bad 09... He will get the nod at first this year in AAA and performed really well this spring with the big club. Still think he will be our first baseman in 2012. Lind is just a fill in for now.. ee unless he performs well at the plate this year may not be back... I have seen this kid play a few times and his swing is awesome..just needs to work on timing and he could be a legit 25 hr guy...

I can't believe that Cooper actually has 5 votes.

Forget what he's done so far in ST, this guy has been horrible.
