Me neither, last season was a bit of a downer but I'm looking forward to the Pac-12.

Because of not playing Oregon and Stanford, Utah could very well see one of those two in the inaugural Pac-12 Championship Game.

eh its ok, i dont want to go through hell in our first season in the pac 12 lol

still going to be tough, at the red/white game today the offense didnt look that great, but there were several players that didnt play key positions so im not too worried

I really love how the utes got a DB named "Joseph Smith", wonder if he can pull a brandon burton and block a byu kick, that would be great

our defense looked pretty good overall though


and it may sound cheesy but after the red/white game today it kind of kicked in on my way home, i saw a car with oregon stickers on the back of it, at first didnt think about it much, but then i thought that when i see a byu sticker or a wyoming sticker on a car i imagine of driving them off the road haha, now i can forget about those teams and move on to the big boys league nice not being associated with the wyomings and new mexicos no more!

to be honest, i thought urban was the shizz and nobody could stack up to him. we are very lucky to have kyle though. i don't see him bolting to florida or notre dame or usc or wherever, especially now that he's in the pac-12. exciting times, guys

You won't see near as many cream puffs as you used to get in the MWC. I'm interested to see how this plays out as well. I am old enough to remember when the Arizona schools joined the old Pac-8. Arizona State owned the WAC and won the conference title 5 or 6 years in a row before the move. BYU and Utah were part of that old WAC. Anyways, we all know how many times the 2 Arizona schools have won the Pac10. In 33 years Arizona State has won it outright twice and tied once, Arizona was involved in a 3-way tie just once. I don't expect much from Utah.

Travis Wilson, a 6-foot-6, 200-pound quarterback from San Clemente (Calif.) High School, has given the University of Utah an early recruiting commitment.

Wilson passed for 2,031 yards and 12 touchdowns over 11 games last season as a junior. He also rushed for 457 yards.

Besides Utah, Wilson fielded offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Iowa State, UCLA and Washington.
