Leg workouts are still a long way away but as long as I get back into a routine, I'm fine with that.
Now that I'm not playing rugby, I'm just focusing on getting leaner and building some muscle in the process, not a bulk. Aside from cleaning up my diet, and cardio (which hopefully I will be able to do in a month or so) should I change up my workouts?
Good to be back
