    stamina can you explain why you take all of these supps? liek tribulus and ZMA etc. are you just trying them out? or they have given you results? what type of results?. im an interested.

    Sure no problem!

    Tribulus helps produce natural hormone production without containing any hormones, it's an extract. I am basically trying it out because I got it for a really good price. It is not a supp you will "feel" working, it basically works silently in the background.

    ZMA is a Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B-6 combination. It is designed to increase free testosterone. I also got this at a cheap price so I picked it up. Taking ZMA right before bed really helps me sleep sound!!

    If you recall, I used to take something called Powerfull, Powerfull actually incorporated both Tribulus and ZMA into one product. I thoroughly enjoy Powerfull but have to cycle it, therefore I am on an off cycle right now.

    i have taken ZMA, and had some weird dreams with it.

    thank you it helps, didnt realy sell me on anything! lol

    i want to take some for an advantage in the weight room but i think im better off just sticking with protein before i shell out dough.

    what other supplements you reccomend?

    i am taking creatine,glutamine and protein right now. not sure about the creatine... i dont want to be puffy..

    i finished them off and never bought them again. just myofusion, glutamine and creatine.

    not even a multi v.

    i have taken it before, and i just didnt feel it was worth it, my workouts are still just as good. and recovery is the same.
