    Thumbs down Stamina's Epic Fail Log

    You asked and you shall receive! Here it is, my Fitness Log!


    Height: 5'11

    Weight: 206lbs

    Goals: Bulk up until roughly April/May, then cut down to under 10% Body Fat for the summer.

    History: Been in the game for many years, but got extremely serious with lifting roughly seven years ago.

    Notes:


    Not all the above mentioned supplements are taken daily, this is just a list of what is in my supply closet. I will be logging my supplement intake with my meals to give everyone a better idea of how I supplement.


    My diet at the moment will not be clean because I am in a bulking phase. This does not mean I will have cheat meals daily, but will incorporate foods such as pasta, rice, bread, etc... to get the extra carbs in. The diet will go clean once I am on a cutting phase.


    I am a hard gainer, so building muscle does not come easy for me even though the pic may say otherwise. It took a lot of hard work and determination to get the size that I currently have. I am creating this log in hopes that it will inspire and motivate other Fitness Freaks to stay on top of their game!

    Saturday's Routine was Quads:


    Leg Extensions:

    100 by 20 (Warm Up)

    135 by 10

    180 by 10

    230 by 10

    255 by 10

    285 by 10 <~~~Racked


    Hammer Strength Free Weight Squats:

    90 by 15

    180 by 12

    270 by 10

    360 by 10

    450 by 10

    540 by 6


    Leg Press:

    630 by 10

    810 by 10

    990 by 10

    1,080 by 8 (will post pic of setup)


    DB Lunges:

    60lbs (30 in each hand) by 16 lunges (8 each leg) for 4 sets.


    Hip Abductor/Adductor:

    65 by 20 by 4

    140 by 20 by 4


    Sauna: 25 Minutes

    Not daily as I mentioned in the OP but yes I have alot of stuff. Hence, being a hard gainer.

    Sunday is my full blown cheat day so don't look for an impressive diet today lol


    Breakfast:

    3 Bagels toasted w/Low Fat Cream Cheese (2 Salt bagels and 1 Everything Bagel).

    A Large Cup of Euro-Roast Coffee

    10AM - 4 advil (Migraine)

    2PM - 1 Tribulus tablet
