Height: 5'11
Weight: 206lbs
Goals: Bulk up until roughly April/May, then cut down to under 10% Body Fat for the summer.
History: Been in the game for many years, but got extremely serious with lifting roughly seven years ago.

Notes:
Not all the above mentioned supplements are taken daily, this is just a list of what is in my supply closet. I will be logging my supplement intake with my meals to give everyone a better idea of how I supplement.
My diet at the moment will not be clean because I am in a bulking phase. This does not mean I will have cheat meals daily, but will incorporate foods such as pasta, rice, bread, etc... to get the extra carbs in. The diet will go clean once I am on a cutting phase.
I am a hard gainer, so building muscle does not come easy for me even though the pic may say otherwise. It took a lot of hard work and determination to get the size that I currently have. I am creating this log in hopes that it will inspire and motivate other Fitness Freaks to stay on top of their game!
