What does everyone think about the pro combats? I think they are bad because of the wide stripe on the helmet and the red pants without any stripe on the jersey or pants. The font also bugs me but isnt the worst part of the uni.

I like them, but I kind of miss the black jerseys.

Good thing is they're not a permanent uniform... They're just under contract with Nike and have to wear the pro combats for a certain number of nationally televised games (probably just the Boise st game since both teams will be rocking the pro combat uni's)

They'll be back to the regular jerseys by game 2

although I do like the "blackout" style pro combats

But no point in looking good if u play like ish, so they could wear hot pink jerseys, as long as we get the W's and put up good numbers. Lol

Yeah, the worst combination was the uniform they wore vs UF with the black helmets, white jerseys and black pants. You're right about the performance part. I rememer people actually blamed the jerseys for some of the losses, but I really think some of those UGA teams just weren't ready for the spotlight after being ranked so highly. I don't see anything wrong with wearing alternate jerseys every so often.
