Darling in net vs the Sens. Crawford will be the backup. Raanta is traveling with the team. Should be interesting to see how the back up position works its way out now.

It seems as if Darling is going to stay with the team, barring a meltdown. I guess it makes sense. Ranta could use the full time work in the Rock.

I thought Rannta looked good, for the most part. He and Darling both spit out a lot more rebounds than Crawford. Two glaring problems that I've noticed with both of them. Off the top of my head, the Schwartz goal in St. Louis is the only one that I thought was incredibly weak. I'm not at all ready to jump on the Darling bandwagon.

    Ranta 750K plus the 202k space = 952k

That's enough to fit TT in. Maybe that's what they are going for. They need to get Shaw back to wing.

Tonight's game is on the NHL Network for those of you who aren't aware. I love these old Norris Division match-ups. The Hawks and Leafs had so many meaningful and entertaining battles in those days. I still consider it a rivalry, even though it really isn't.

It seems like every goalie we face just makes incredible saves. We've had plenty of great shot opportunities.

It's pretty damn frustrating how we run into a wall every damn game. I'm not worried at all, this won't continue.

Yea, by my count that's Hiller, Rinne, Gibson, and now Reimer who all played out-of-their mind hockey to steal wins.
