    Gary Clark Jr.

Not sure how many people know about this guy, I actually came across him at like 4am while dealing with my sick son and absolutely was transfixed by his raw talent and sound. For me he is perfect because I like anything from rockabilly to hip hop and he has influence from it all.

The video is long but what he does at 5:22 just hooked me immediately.

    Gary Clark Jr. is amazing.

Not really the music I listen too, but he hits the mood from time to time. Good stuff.

Album is amazing dude, has stuff that is bluesy, has a couple r&b joints, then he has just raw *** guitar riffs, one track actually reminds me of Hendricks voodoo child.

My buddy told me tonight he is opening for the Stones on their tour

I saw him at the Made In America festival. I only really heard the Bright Lights song, which I loved. Kinda gave me a Lenny Kravitz, Roots kinda feel with that really funky-bluesy sound.

Friend of mine turned me on to him a while back with that song. I dig.
