You can buy OOTP(actually, idk if you even need to pay for OOTP X anymore) but its not required. You can always post your lineups and such in the sub forums and they will get uploaded by the commishes

yeah but i can't find my line-up lol so that is wondering if I need to buy something or if anyone has a link for me to download?

Also, it's still possible to buy OOTP X but the trick is, you have to download and install it first and then purchase it in-game. I think it's $20. It does help a ton to have the game in my opinion, but you don't have to have it to join our league.

Finding a download for OOTP X is the tricky part. I posted it somewhere so people could have a copy if they need it. I'll find it and re-post it.
