    Fred Davis

Wow....he has fallen from grace badly.

Profootballtalk reports the Redskins are "aggressively shopping" Fred Davis.

PFT had a similar report last Monday. The trade deadline is Tuesday at 4 PM ET. The Redskins would likely take anything for Davis at this point. He's been a healthy inactive the past two weeks. PFT adds that if the Redskins can't deal Davis, there's a chance they'd cut him. Davis would be subject to waivers if that happened.

That's what happens when you are an injury prone pothead who doesn't take your job seriously.

Apparently Jordan Reed has routinely been the last person on the practice field since earning the starting job. He progressed as a blocker way faster than our coaches expected. His work ethic put the nail in Fred Davis' coffin.

    A 7th rounder would be a success.

I don't understand why we wouldn't be running some two TE sets with Davis and Reed. Not only could they both stay in to block on run plays, but both are serious receiving threats! This would open up the offense a bit and if Davis was active and could make some catches he would be much easier to trade. Look at what the Pats did with two WRs, we could take a page out of their playbook.

191st (sixth) - Nick Kasa, TE

Shanahan doesn't want to play Davis. He's been a healthy scratch the last two weeks, he's obviously been having some off-field problems that Shanahan wants him to sort out before he will let him play.

He said he expects to be in the lineup, but doesn't know if he'll play. LMFAO.

Looks like he is in this week.....I predict he does well. He is playing for his future. May be his last shot.

I wonder if when Jordan comes back.......we could use Fred as a WR in Hank's spot?

Lance Lewis is being brought up, it'll be interesting if he takes his job. I'd assume so due to height purposes, but who knows. Looking for more time with Nick Williams.

If Fred Davis signs with the Bronco's..........can "Ole Smokey" legally get a buzz and avoid NFL sanctions?

Well looks like ol' Smokey is at it again, facing now a 6 game suspension. Anyone still want to resign him?
