I've used it before, it seemed to help when I felt a cold coming on, but that could be a placebo effect..

I used them for a year while for some odd reason after i got sick like 6 times in 4 months.
They work great IMO.
I used the energy one because i was always tired and it helped me out. Plus it tastes pretty good.
