At the age of 16 your metabolism is too high for you to be able to gain weight the way you would want to. Unfortunately, you will need to give it time, the weight gain will come naturally. You could look into a weight gainer but I doubt it would do you any good in my opinion.
how often should I be working out? Currently I go to the gym on Mon/Wed/fri. Should I be stepping it up to more days?
