    time for a new workout

I just finished p90x with pretty decent results but now I have grown tired of it and starting to get a little lazy.I need a new workout that I can do at home with the equipment that I have any help would be appreciated before I loose my ambition. My equipment is an eliptical trainer, adjustable dumbells ,pullup bar and a barbell with about 100lbs of weight.

You got it! Although I would recommend 3-4 sets of everything.

What kind of adjustable dumbbells do you have? I'm looking into getting some. They are a lot more expensive than I thought they would be that's for sure.

If you mean adjustable dumbbells then you need to go with the Selecttech Dumbbells. For the 90#ers they are approx. $600 but are far superior than the others for a little more cost.

I bought the 90# Weider dumbbells and returned them three days later. I have had the selecttech for 6 months now and love them.

They really are not that pricey when you look at the cost of purchasing the same weight (10# - 90#) with normal dumbbells. At .45/# that is $700 not including stands. Also, take into account the amount of space needed for regular dumbbells....the cost is not that high.
