Thanks to everyone that has replied, I appreciate it. If anyone could suggest a diet I'd really appreciate it.

No problemo. If you have any other question about brands or even other supplements, we have a whole supplement thread somewhere in here. Feel free to ask away there. A lot of us have tried a bunch of different brands (and spent a lot of money doing so) so we can direct you to the best ones.
Also sick sig! I love Atmosphere and Living Legends, and Felt is just as sick. I just downloaded their stuff a couple weeks ago and I'm really digging it.
I will reply appropriately when I get a chance, I gotta step away for a little while.

Lets go.
First, I'd like to apologize for taking so long to get back to you.
I've noticed you received some pretty good feedback here. The key to dieting if your goal is to lose weight/fat, is to up the protein intake and limit the carb/calorie intake. Also more meals per day in smaller portions (target 5-6 meals.)
Egg whites for breakfast, you can also include turkey sausage links.
Protein shake for brunch
Lean meats for lunch (chicken,fish,steak)
Protein shake in the afternoon
lean meats for dinner w/veggies or sweet potato
Protein shake before bedtime
that gives you 6 meals on the day.
Also to build on what Stamina said, I would recommend you do Whey protein for the brunch and afternoon shakes. And right before bed I would say invest in some Casien protein as well. It breaks down at a slower rate, which is better for while your sleeping.
The issue I have is that I work so damn early. I have to be up at 4:10 ish and its very hard for me to eat. How do you think this looks...
Drive to work at about
4:40 am protein shake (Vanilla with ice and OJ, taste EXACTLY like an orange julius)
6:30 Powerbar/cliffbar/ some sort of easy snack.
9:00 (My lunch hour) I was thinking oatmeal or subway breakfast.. (microwaves only (so no eggs) and I live too far away to go home)
11:00 protein shake/snack
2:00 lunch. Chicken most likey with some veggies
4:00 snack of something..
6:00 Dinner
Snack at 7 before bed possible a protein shake.
Lets go.
The protein shake as your first meal is fine, but the cliff bar as your second meal should be changed to something more solid like egg whites.
Use the cliff bar as your third meal. Then have lunch (chicken, fish, steak) for your 4th meal. You can do another shake for your 5th meal and then a nice hearty dinner for meal 6. If you are up for it, meal 7 could b a casein shake.
