Taking the week off from logging. I'm still eating clean and going to the gym. Monday I did chest, Tuesday I took off, and today I did shoulders. Been kind of busy this week.

Did triceps today and a light leg workout (leg press, standing calf raises, and leg curls. I also shot around a bit. I want to keep my legs fatigue free since my basketball league just started Tuesday. Tricep workout was great, 160lbs close grip bench 5 times, my most yet.
