It was close between Clinton and Reagan for me (I understand opposite perspectives obviously) and I picked Clinton but it was close.

There were really only 2 that are worth mentioning. Reagan and Clinton. Whether you liked them or not, they both had that contagious charisma that is so important to have as a leader.

Reagan out to an early lead.....until the left arrives. But I'm thinking that Obama/Clinton will split the left's vote. Time will tell.

I dont possibly think Obama can get any votes. He has been president for two years and hasnt really had the time to cultivate an opinion by anyone as to what kind of president he will be.

Also technically Jimmy Carter i believe should be on this list because Reagan wasnt technically president until 1981.

It took atleast 30 years of short-sightness, bad policies and misdirection by both parties to create the mess we are in. None of the above.

Go back a little further and include the idiots that got us involved in Vietnam.

LOL. His own party is marketing that piece of "done" as something that's highly flawed and will be fixed over time, as long as Dems are given the chance via the votes of the people. So at best Obama got a highly flawed piece of legislation passed. Doesn't sound like a great accomplishment to me.

As for picking a "favorite" President of the past 30 years...I have to go with Reagan. Maybe it's the times we're all currently living in, but to see a President openly declare that government is the problem. It's such a welcome contrast to what I hear today.
"If [Republicans] were around when Columbus set sail, they must have been founding members of the Flat Earth Society." -- Pres. Barack Obama
