Who is the better overall player in terms of leadership and all around play?
Recently many have been saying the Durant has past Wade and he is #3 after Kobe and LeBron... well, I still think Wade is much better right now and the main thing Durant brings to the table is scoring. Wade is a better leader and does many things to get his team mates involved, he does things beyond stats... I think KD will have a great future and will be the face of the NBA in 5 years but right now I gotta give it to Wade.
So I ask you who is the better player as of RIGHT NOW?

Wade still. Durant is better offensively, barely. But Wade is better defensively, by a good margin

i wouldnt even go as far as to say he is better offensively. what wade cannot do in terms of shooting he makes up for with his passing.

Durant is one of the best pure scorers in the league along with Kobe and melo, but Wade is the better player overall.

Wade will be better for 1-2 more years. Then Durant will probably be competing with LeBron for the top player in the league.
But right now, yeah Wade is the better overall player.
Jason Collins claims he is the first openly gay NBA player despite the fact we witnessed the entire league bend the Lakers over all season.

Wade right now but I fully expect in 2-3 years for Durant to pass him. Wade is going to be declining slightly and Durant will enter the early parts of him prime.

Durant's defense is excellent.
He's also the best scorer in the game.
People know KD is good but I don't think most realize how good Durant was last year and how much better he'll be this season.
