Not a pleasant topic, but relevant nonetheless. I assume it's from sweating a lot and from weight lifting, the skin under my arms is starting to get irritated (red and itchy and raised skin). Nasty. Anybody else experience, and any solutions?

Shave your arm pits number one (not joking). There is a type of cream/vaseline that athletes use for parts of their bodies that rubs alot. I know runners and bicyclists use t often. It's just not dawning on me what the actual name of the product is. I'm sure your neighborhood pharmacy would have it.

Goldbond definitely. This always used to happen to me if when i sweat and it got irritated, exactly what you're describing. 2 ish years ago it stopped and hasn't happened since, but when i did get it, I used Gold bond powder, good stuff.
