    Jeff Francoeur vs. Cory Snyder

Both Francoeur and Snyder were overhyped when they reached the big league level. Both had a strong arm in the outfield. Both had a decent amount of power. Both were undisciplined hitters with a ton of strikeouts and a low OBP. Now Francoeur appears to a bench player like Snyder was during the latter part of his career. Is this a good comparison?

Yes it is a decent comparison due to what they do but if you want to compare it should be guys around the same age and not such a different career range.

Apparently all you need is a smile and cannon of an arm to play RF for the Mets. **** getting on base and having any patience at the plate.

In video games, you can make Jeff Francoeur into a batting champion and Oliver Perez into a Cy Young Winner.
